1. How do I reset my progress or quiz scores?
You can reset your data by going to the Settings menu within the specific app and selecting "Clear Progress." Note that this action cannot be undone.
2. I am not receiving the Daily Verse notifications.
Please ensure that notifications are enabled in both the app settings and your phone's system settings. For battery-saving modes, make sure the app is "Whitelisted."
3. Can I use my account across multiple devices?
Yes. If you have created an account using your email, simply log in on your new device to sync your affirmations, streaks, and prayer logs.
4. Is the Kids app safe for unsupervised use?
Yes. Kingdom Kids is designed to be a "walled garden." We do not have external links or social sharing features that would lead a child out of the app environment.
